My journey began in 2021 when I purchased a brand-new 2022 Alliance Valor Toy Hauler 5th Wheel from a large dealership in the Tampa Bay area. What should have been an exciting day quickly turned into frustration when I discovered several issues—one serious enough to require immediate attention before I could even leave the lot.

Over the next 2 ½ years and 15,000 miles on the road, I faced more problems—some minor, others major structural concerns. Each time repairs were needed, I encountered the same challenges: long wait times at dealerships and poor-quality work that left me feeling overlooked and disappointed.

Hoping for a better experience, I turned to mobile RV technicians. But even then, the results were hit or miss. Many didn’t return calls for days, some didn’t show up for scheduled service appointments, and the quality of work varied greatly from one tech to the next.

As a self-employed business owner for over 20 years, I knew there had to be a better way. With my wife’s encouragement, we decided to put our experience running businesses to work in the RV repair industry. We believed that by focusing on the basics—answering the phone, returning calls promptly, employing certified and licensed technicians, and communicating clearly with our customers—we could deliver a level of service that RV owners deserve.
